We are seeking an experienced Consultant to support our rapidly expanding Human Resources Consulting team. The HR Consulting team provides support to clients in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, compensation, employee performance development, retention, benefits, compliance, operational analysis, workforce development, and many others. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to answering client questions, assisting with the resolution of employee issues, conducting training, performing assessments, analyzing data, and writing reports, correspondence and operational procedures.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources or other related major and 5 years progressive experience in the Human Resources field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a deep knowledge of HR compliance are required. Experience with multiple site operations, various HR technologies and ERP Systems is preferred.
