We are looking for a junior technical consultant who will:

1. provide technical support of Oracle application R11 and R12 applications Financial Modules AP, AR, GL, CM, EBT, Collections;
2. be responsible in assisting functional support team to help debugging the issue and resolve any technical issues (Oracle Apps R11, R12 and other custom applications) within the SLA time;
3. perform daily Interface monitoring and reporting;
4. build SQL Queries for Ad-hoc business reports extracts in AP, AR, GL, CM, EBT, Collections modules of both R11 and R12 Oracle Applications;
5. need to interact with IT Support Vendor and other stakeholders in resolving the issues;
6. analyse, understand and document new business process or solutions;
7. need to have excellent communication skills (written and oral) both downstream and upstream with good client facing skills.
